XP expiry from 1 January 2027
From 1 January 2027, XP can expire if you stop trading. As long as you continue trading, your XP does not expire.
How it works
XP only expires when both of these are true:
- You received it more than 12 months ago.
- You have not opened or closed a trade on any PipFarm account for 3 months.
When both are true, only the XP you received more than 12 months ago expires. XP you received in the last 12 months stays in your balance.
Your rank
Expired XP is removed from your balance in the same way as spent XP. If your balance drops below the threshold for your current rank, you will be demoted.
Keeping your XP
To make sure XP that is more than 12 months old does not expire, either:
- spend it on a challenge or Add-On at checkout, or
- open or close a trade on any PipFarm account at least once every 3 months.
We will email you 30 days before any of your XP expires.
If you have not traded recently
If you have not opened or closed a trade for 3 months by 1 January 2027, any XP you received more than 12 months ago will expire on that day. This could be a large part of your XP balance, and it could move you down one or more ranks.
To protect it, open or close a trade on any PipFarm account before 1 January 2027, or spend the XP at checkout.
